Graduate in Law from Pompeu Fabra University. During her professional career she has focused on commercial and corporate law and has advised both individuals and family and multinational companies. She joined the firm in April 2022.

She has a degree in Labour Sciences and a diploma in Business Sciences from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, with additional training in accounting and taxation.

Her professional career has been linked to the tax and accounting area in consultancies for more than 15 years. She joined Gibernau Asesores in the accounting department in February 2022.

Accounting Technician from the School of Business Administration of Barcelona approved by the UPC, having attended several courses in Banking and Financial Entities, as well as studies in the pharmaceutical field.

A professional member at GIBERNAU since May 1999, as Management Secretary, as well as in the administration and accounts departments. Previously having held these positions, among others, in the treasury, billing and accounts departments within the business field.

She has worked in accounting and administration at the firm since arriving at the beginning of 2018.

She has a degree in Administrative Management and also as an Accounting Technician from the Course of Financial Studies.

Rocío has a degree in Management and Public Administration from the University of Jaén. Her professional experience has been focused on the accounting area for more than fifteen years, first in the field of large companies and then in consultancy firms.

Eva’s professional career has been linked to the area of administration and accounting for more than 20 years, working both in private companies and in management and consultancy firms. She has joined the accounting department of Gibernau Asesores in September 2021.

He has been working for Gibernau for more than 20 years, after a long career in the billing department at a customs agency. In our office, in addition to attending various refresher courses and training throughout the years, he is a member of the accounting and recurrent taxation department.

She joined the continuity department at Gibernau in January 2019, after a long career in law firms in Barcelona, in the tax, accounting and consulting department.

Business Science graduate from the Open University of Catalonia, having completed two higher degrees in the Taxation: a master’s in Tax Specialisation at the College of Economists of Catalonia and a master’s in Taxation and Tax Consultancy at the Financial Studies Centre. He has also obtained several diplomas specialising in Accountancy and Business Consultancy in the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors.

He has over 25 years’ experience in accounting and tax consultancy.

Economics graduate from the University of Barcelona with a master’s in Financial and Accountancy Management from IDEC. Her professional experience focuses on the areas of taxation and accounting for both multinational companies and SMEs.

Cristina graduated in Business Sciences from the Open University of Catalonia.

She has worked in accounting for over 18 years, the majority of which she spent in charge of administration and finance departments. She has been part of the accounting department at the firm since November 2016.

She has been working in the accounts department at GIBERNAU since 2013 and has 20 years previous experience in the accounts department of another large firm.

She joined the firm in 2012 and has been a partner since February 2017. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the planning and execution of corporate restructuring processes, as well as in commercial and corporate law.

She has extensive knowledge in the field of taxation, both for individuals and legal entities, and specialises in inheritance tax planning, family businesses and large estates.

She has a deep experience in company and private consulting, either residents or non-residents in Spanish territory, including M&A as well as in restructuring Family businesses for Inheritance and Net Wealth Tax purposes. 

Graduated in Business Administration by the University of Burgos. Master’s degree of Taxation by ESADE Law School. He is an expert in Taxation consultancy to both, companies or physical persons, as well as to Family business. He has a deep knowledge in planification and executing restructuring operations as he has developed many of these from the initial project until the starting new scheme. He has developed a great experience in Tax Auditing before the Spanish Tax Agency, Catalan Tax Administration and Local one. He is an active member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF) being part of the regional group of tax procedures at Catalonia’s delegation. He has been lecturer on several training courses regarding Taxation and Procedures.

Law graduate from the University of Barcelona, he also has a degree in legal practice at the Higher Institute of Law (ISDE) and a master’s degree in Tax Law from the Abat Oliba-CEU University.

He has over 25 years’ experience in the tax, commercial and inheritance fields and has been part of the firm since February 2017.

Law graduate from the University of Zaragoza, having also obtained a master’s in Business Tax Consultancy at the IE Business School in Madrid. He has extensive experience, having spent more than twenty years working in tax advice for corporate groups and individuals from national and international offices, as well as leading the tax department of a multinational Spanish firm in the food sector. He has completed a PDD at the IESE Business School in Barcelona and is a member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors.

He joined the international department at the tax office for Gibernau Asesores in January 2019.

Industrial Engineering graduate from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and in Business Administration and Management from the Open University of Catalonia. He completed a master’s degree in Tax Advice and Management by the ESADE Law School.

He is a member of the College of Economists of Catalonia, has extensive knowledge in corporate accounting and tax and collaborates regularly in the digital press via the Crónica Global Live video blog on tax matters.

Álvaro joined the firm as a partner in January 2013.

Doctor, master’s and graduated in Law by Barcelona University; his professional career is linked to the GIBERNAU ASESORES office, in which he has been a member since February 2017.

Professor of the Abat Oliba CEU University in the fiscal and contentious-administrative field. A corresponding Academician of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence, Legislation and columnist of Iuris & Lex – elEconomista. A regular contributor to various forums such as AEDAF, the Spanish Association of Tax Advisers, the College of Economists, is now a member of the AEDAF’s Institutional Advisory Council, where he had previously been a member of the AEDAF’s Group of Experts on Rights and Guarantees and Tax Practice and of the IRPF expert section of the Association itself.

Author of the dean block of tax law www.fiscalblog.es. He contributes regularly to scientific journals in the fiscal field, having published, among others, the book “The Taxation of Information on assets abroad”, published by Francis Lefebvre in November 2016.

He also studied a diploma in Senior Economic Management at the EAE school where he received the special award for his course. On an academic level, it is important to highlight his completion of the Senior Business Management Program at the IESE Business School of the University of Navarre.

He has the title of accounts auditor registered in the ICAC and acts as a judicial expert in matters of the Magistrate’s Court.

He is an advisory member of the Abat Oliba-CEU University of Barcelona, as well as a member of the Board of Directors and of the Management Committee.
